I’m Savannah. I coach clients through discovering the confidence, joy and freedom that comes from practicing daily habits which breed wellness for the mind, body and soul. “I believe that truly feeling good every day comes from loving yourself. I believe that food is meant to nourish, satisfy and provide enjoyment, and should never be a source of stress or negativity. I value movement that feels right to your body and leaves you energized rather than drained. I help you pinpoint the types of physical activity that work best for you, forgetting the hateful, dreaded exercise regimens of your past and rediscovering your love of movement that works for YOU. I value your individuality– the specific qualities and strengths that make you amazing and beautiful and perfect just as you are! Working one-on-one, we’re able to discover and devise completely customized wellness strategies, no two people will have the same wellness practices! I value your goals and dreams– goal setting is not the enemy. Do you want to run a half marathon? Do you want to learn to cook better foods at home? Do you want to develop a daily yoga practice, or just incorporate more pleasure reading in your free time than Netflix? Whatever it is you picture in your ideal life, I help you craft daily practices that allow you to achieve the good you desire for yourself. A little bit more about Savannah: Savannah is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who is passionate about good food, competitive fun and joyful living. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) followed by her Dietetic Internship at Emory University Hospitals in Atlanta, GA with an emphasis in Medical Nutrition Therapy. She worked one-on-one with patients in a variety of clinical settings, including the ICU, rehabilitation, long-term and acute care, bariatrics/weight management and pre/post transplant. She has worked in public health with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in addition to coaching individual clients and counseling in nutrition and fitness. She enjoys the camaraderie of group fitness and especially loves yoga, biking around the Air Force base and walks + long chats with friends. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Savannah is a true southern girl at heart but loves traveling. As a foodie, she relishes the opportunity to try new cuisines and unique dishes, and is always attempting to re-create them at home! With a knack for organization and a heart for encouragement and accountability, Savannah hopes for the opportunity to help you set yourself up for long-term healthy living success that is both sustainable and enjoyable.
